Sleek and secksy out of the box, it also owns foobs from the get go with almost zero tinkering. I just bought one and used it at Super Game and it didn’t take long for it to break in at all. Even when running on HPA I could go through almost 10 pods, with the Ninja SLR reg you can go up to twenty!

I have heard mixed reveiws on BL guns in general. Including stories about thier own team having guns go down in tournaments. Not good. Then there are the stories about how awesome BL guns shoot and perform. I have seen both sides of the story on this one. The customer service from BL sucks, big time. The extremely poor customer service is the only thing keeping me from buying any BL gun. I can’t support a company that does not support it’s customers.

Love my BL Victory. Sweet Melissa has treated me well. I’ve heard bad things about the customer service but have yet to experience it. They lack on the packaging and guides, but make up for it in American made parts. I own one, I recommend them.

When a BL gun is sent back in for service, and it is returned with wrench marks on it that is not acceptable on any level, and can not be justified. When it is brought to thier attention, they claim it was sent to them that way when it wasn’t is inexcusable. Say what you want and support that kind of bullshit if you want to. I choose not to. And the reason the gun was sent back was because of a manufacturing issue as well. I hope you guys continue to have good luck with your BL guns, and never have to experience the nightmare. I am really glad it was not my gun they screwed up.
I guess its just that I expect shitty service from any paintball product company and so I don’t really factor it into the selection and purchase. I used to work in the consumer product/durable goods industry and the paintball industry stands out like a terd on white carpet when it comes to customer service. I’ve never experienced ‘good’ customer service in paintball.
I haven’t dealt with Long and co yet but I guess I’ll see.

I am the opposite, I am spending my money at the business. I expect good customer service after the purchase.
I Have an Ego CSL and before that an Ego 8. PE has great costumer service btw. But one of my teammates has a g6r and has never had a problem with it. i have shot it and its got to be the smoothest poppet valve ever and is unnaturally quite for a poppet. i have shot all sorts of poopets and so far this is definitely one of the best.

Well so far so good. Since posting this article I have really enjoyed the G6R, it is a reliable, smooth and efficient marker that lives up to high dollar expectations.
One gripe that I have is the ASA. It will chew through o-rings if you don’t do things right, or just because. It’s an easy fix but annoying.
Other than that I have been very satisfied and have not had to test BL customer service yet.
